The form prepares a journey and its payment. The calendar shows prices, not availability. A return request has two separate calculations. The customer may pay in full or choose a 20% deposit, with the balance in cash at the end of the journey. For a round trip, the exact balance-payment time must be agreed before confirmation. The provider must confirm availability and meeting arrangements. Cancellation, refusal after payment, refund, waiting and special-equipment arrangements must be completed before payment activation. Automatic prices follow the configured rates; uncovered journeys remain on request.
